It’s just something that I can keep track of my workouts so it’ll keep me motivated, accountable for my actions and most importantly…sluggish-free and mentally sane! :p

**fyi, I mostly attend workout classes because I love the variety and the ‘push’ you get from the instructors and your classmates! ^_^
